The rich aroma and perfect balance enhances the flavour of sushi and sashimi and creates a superb marinade for vegetables and meat.

Yuzu Soy: Soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), yuzu juice (18%), mirin (rice, koji, alcohol – 2.3% total content), bonito (fish), dried mushroom, kelp, sugar, yuzu oil (cold pressed Citrus junos) (0.1%).
