South Devon – Extreme Bhut Jolokia Chilli Jam

The Extreme Green Chilli Jam is cooked using a recipe which is similar to South Devon’s classic Chilli Jam; the mild red peppers have been replaced with green peppers and there is an additional chilli punch – courtesy of the Bhut Jolokia chilli! (aka. Ghost chilli or Naga chilli).
There is no chilli extract in this product.
Ingredients: Dried Bhut Jolokia chillies, Fresh Bhut Jolokia chillies, green peppers, onion, lemon puree and sugar.
