You’ll get the beautiful flavour of roasted red peppers and tomato before getting a rush of that awesome chinense chilli flavour from the chillies. There are 13% chillies in this sauce. The sauce is no light weight in the heat department, not for the faint hearted or those with a delicate pallette!
