Recipe: Fiery Hawaiian Pizza Bread

Pizza, glorious pizza! We could eat it most days here in fact. So we were delighted when this twist on the original pizza fell in our hands, especially because it takes 10 minutes to do! It’s everything you want in a pizza, except it uses bread! Shocking we know!

Check out the Fiery Hawaiian Pizza Bread recipe below, using Tubby Toms Nuff Love sauce, which really you could just drink on it’s own, it’s that good!

INGREDIENTS:
1 fresh baguette, cut 6 inches in length
75g diced pancetta
2 tbsp Tubby Toms Nuff Love
4 tbsp passata / sieved tomatoes
1/2 handful of grated mixed cheddar & mozzarella
1 pinch dried oregano

METHOD:
1. Brown off the pancetta in a frying pan
2. Drain fat and mix the pancetta with Nuff Love sauce
3. Cut the baguette length-ways
4. Spread inside of the bread with the passata
5. Add most of the cheese
6. Top with the pancetta & Nuff Love mixture
7. Sprinkle with rest of the cheese and oregano


8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree / 180 fan for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted
9. Serve with your fave pickle or chutney
